"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Gloucester Robinswood Hotel. In particular the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and spacious with good amenities however the bed was slightly firm, however this did not detract from the overall quality of the room. The leisure facilities were very good, the pool was warm and on both occasions we visited it was not busy. It was also handy that the hotel provided towels for guests using the leisure facilities. The only criticism was that the young lady working in the leisure centre lacked some customer service skills. The breakfast was extremely tasty and there was always plenty of food on offer. It was a nice touch that the chef came out and greeted all the guests in the morning and ensured all guests were enjoying their breakfast. A big thank you to Sharon who accommodated us on our final morning after we arrived slightly late for breakfast meaning we could still enjoy a breakfast to our liking. We would definitely stay again.
