"We stayed for an event at the fairgrounds which was conveniently next door to the hotel. The staff was so nice, the breakfast was delicious, the pool area was really nice and clean, and our room was spacious, clean and cozy. What a great place. If I come back to Albany, I will stay here again! Thank you!"

"Staff was amazing. Truly, beyond grateful for the amazing service and commitment towards accommodating my son and myself. As a seasoned customer service worker myself, I can say honestly, I’d give the woman that checked me in a raise.. I booked a smoking room, it was pouring down rain and I didn’t want to stand outside. My only complaint was the bathroom fan, didn’t work and it wasn’t favorable for removing the cigarette smoke from the bathroom (I prefer to smoke in the bathroom so it doesn’t overwhelm the room) Otherwise the room was nice, clean and had everything I’d need. Water wasn’t the best, my hair was unmanageable after showering but I don’t feel that’s the motel’s fault, I assume that’s a region thing and There was very unusual flooding activity on the entire west coast that may have been a factor. I’d stay there again. "
