「Clean room」

「The room was not cleaned during our stay. We were guests for 2 nights. We received towels after we requested them. Very disappointed in the hotel procedures for keeping room clean. I will not recommend the property to any out of towners. It is my hope hotel management will review the standards for hotel cleanliness.」

「Prepaid for king room with breakfast 7/2-7/5. Arrive to room#213 and there is no remote control for tv. Asked at front desk and after they questioned me about tv brand, they found one. 「I had a suite, and when we walked in the room, it had a smell as if the room had not been used recently. I turned the water on hot in the shower, and the water got lukewarm; I take hot showers. I reported it, and we moved to another room. Lot worse than the first. A really bad smell like a staled smell. The room was dusty, and the bed was not made up properly. The furniture was old and outdated. The sofa had white spots on it and very worn. I never sat on it, because I didn’t feel comfortable...
