Family visit.

Everything was very nice. It’s an older property but very well kept. Convenient to interstate and restaurants. Very reasonably priced.

Unable to request a non smoke room online. When ask for it at check-in was told could not change to a non smoke room. Then say can, but for a $8 charge. This has happened at other super 8 this trip and they were able to change us to non smoke room no problem. Also had trouble simply checking us in.

Innate Kindness Is A Gift Let It Shine ☀️☀️

First let me begin by saying: there was a whole lot going on in The Super 8 by Wyndham (sounds fancy 😆). Remodeling, refurbishing..... A whole lot! The space is a little dated; however, improvements are happening and it will be nice when finished! My initial room, simply did not like me....had to move. The front desk attendant was so kind and patient with me running back and forth to him 1,452 times🤔. It served its purpose and I was not disappointed (The hot water shower... yes Gawd‼️‼️‼️). Didn't smell like cigarettes, fabulous mini refrigerator and freezer... Could put a whole bag of ice in it and a 1.75 ltre of........😂😂😂. Good customer service can erase a plethora of minor irritants. This Young Man was amazing; so polite and accommodating! THE EPITOME OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! Sir, Young Man, Brother---who checked me in and assisted me until I was comfortable. In fact, you insisted... my comfort was a must‼️‼️‼️ I can't say enough about you! Your customer service skills are outstanding and you're an amazing person and I appreciate your temperament and authentic self‼️‼️‼️‼️. Your kindness helped me to instantly decompress and exhale 💨. Thank you for setting the tone for my stay at your establishment! Stellar Job, Well Done!

A mini vacation on a budget

It was best for what I needed! Didn’t have a lot of money so it was a great stay for me considering I wasn’t at the hotel most of the day!

The stay was OK overall. They really need to improve their breakfast. During our five days stay, I only saw 1piece of fruit in the basket, and that was a banana. They also need to get decaf coffee because I can’t drink regular coffee and that’s all they had over the five days.

My sole purpose for being in a hotel was to use the pool after a long day of packing and moving. The pool was not operational, and although the hotel was clean in is in need of some repairs.

We arrived at 9:30pm..went to the room.window was open... cigarette holes in covers.lots of bugs in the light..NO breakfast..we received a to go bag with a small water..a pack of crackers..and a generic ho-ho..if I didn't need to sleep..I wouldn't had stayed here..
