"Very Interesting hotel, tiny little room Perfectly located a few minutes away from main attractions Comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of hot water, We were a adult couple with 2 carry ons Barely fitted in the room , no windows , 1st floor If you are claustrophobic don’t stay here Buuuuut…. Whenever we spend a few minutes to rest for a minutes, they turned into 1.5 naps So, dark, silent and perfect for resting and spend as much as you can outside Staff very Polite and helpful Overall good experience "

"I picked this hotel because it’s gorgeous and in a great location. From the moment we arrived, the doorman greeted us, and front desk welcomed us. We stayed in one of the smaller rooms (8th floor) they offer and it was lovely. Beautiful view. Lots of amenities like hair dryer, mini fridge, iron/ironing board, coffee, tea, robes, slippers, glass glasses, closet with full length mirror, towel warmer, make up mirror w/light (though the light was dim and not really helpful for my old eyes). Lobby is posh and gorgeous, offers waters, and candy on a very cute cart. Decor had nods with an equestrian flair. Even the drapery ties are leather and brass saddle stirrups. We had drinks out back on the outdoor patio that made you feel like you were in a park, lush and green. Tables were classy and service was impeccable. I’ve worked in the service industry my whole life and every employee here was wonderful. Our room was quiet, bed was comfy (though the pillows were a bit dense and firm) It had nice soft sheets and nice bedding. Another nice feature was the plug in’s. They offered European, USA, and British plugs on the desk so I did t have to use plug converters for everything I had. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful- so many choices, juices, cheeses, breads, bubbles, and all of the regular English breakfast choices. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Every time we left or arrived we were greeted so warmly. I would 100% stay here again"

"The bathroom door handle was broken, Steve got locked in the bathroom is was a challenging few minutes quite scary. The breakfast was fine nothing exceptional but felt quite dis functional the yogurts for the fruits are placed in a fridge under the hot food area. The lady who checked everyone in for breakfast was lovely, very polite and cheerful, a big thank you to her. The person who checked us out was fine until he was told about the bathroom door, although we only wanted to report it, for the safety of the next visitor, he was quite dismissive of the seriousness of that situation. "
