The staff are all very friendly, helpful and engaging, and seem enthusiastic about Colmar, which we loved. Understandably the air conditioning is probably limited slightly by the building, and to get a good nights sleep in the summer it pays to open one or more of the convenient modern windows in the room. Generally we loved it."
