「Very clean hotel, with friendly staff and accesible 」

「The staffs at the front desk are very professional and friendly. Their service is of top quality. The room is bright, clean and well furnished. It's very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the river view from the balcany. A small problem is that Hotels.com writes parking at €15/night, but the hotel said that was last year's price. They charged us €20 for parking instead. We've reminded them to inform Hotels.com to update this information. As parking fee may affect one's choice of...

「Staff are very pleasant. The room was spotless. The breakfast had many varieties and was plentiful. The building is modern and well decorated. It is a 5 min walk to the Grotto and the church. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. The only downside is that we asked for a taxi to Lourdes airport and it was 50 Euro. That was more than the ticket I paid for my flight! That's a rip off!!!」

「The bed sheet smells other people’s perfume, gave me a different room, but see hairs on the bed sheet, owner said it’s ok, then at night taking shower, drains clogged couldn’t finish shower, but have to wait until next day, this hotel is 3star but it’s not maybe 1star level, talked owner a manager(owner of son), seems to they don’t care, please check bed sheet right after check in.The family business, seems service is very limited.I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.」

「Sauberes Zimmer, zweckmäßig eingerichtet,.., Betten Matratzen könnten besser sein. Frühstück zweckmäßig / überschaubar für den Preis. Restaurant im Haus sehr gut. Es geht auch sehr schnell von Bestellung bis es kommt. 」

「風景很美，打開窗口就剛好對著教堂，整個小鎮的氣氛非常平靜。感覺真棒。但飯店隔音不太好，可能是因為飯店本身是座老建築。早餐東西不多，但很精緻。」

「Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. We arrived early and were allowed to use our room right away. There was an elevator to go up. They offered a great 9 euro breakfast that was good value and convenient. My only complaint was disposable items like cups - would be even better with reusable cups and glasses. Very good value for the money and steps away from the train station.」

「Ideal location if visiting the Basillica. No frills hotel, but very clean and beds are comfortable. Front desk staff was very helpful. Restaurant has very weird hours (no food between 3 pm and 7 pm) and restaurant staff is mixed; one waiter was quiet but very helpful but another was quit rude and acted unhappy to be serving Americans. There are many other restaurants around (the grille across the street had good food and very friendly staff)—but many of them are closed during the “off...

「雖然離主要景點都很近，但是以飯店的價格（套房35平方公尺，近300歐元），還是會覺得沒有這麼有價值。房間乾淨。早餐的環境不是很理想，選項也不多，飯店的員工雖然人很親切，但是感覺沒有經過太多訓練，每個人都不太知道在幹嘛。」
