「One of the most peaceful and quietest hotels I have stayed in. Very friendly staff from reception to the waiting staff. All professional and extremely courteous. Breakfast was that expected at a top restaurant ! We will return to this hotel for sure. 」

「The views are excellent and our room an executive double was good but very tired and in need of decoration.. Majority of staff were helpful but service was generally slow. Drinks at the bar were very expensive and bar staff less than helpful. Breakfast was adequate but service although polite and engaging was very slow. The fridge in the room was regularly stocked with water and fresh milk which was lovely in our morning tea.」

「The location is ideal, being a short walk down to the beach and close to bus stops for easy transportation. The hotel is a little dated in terms of interior decor and layout, but very clean, and the staff are friendly. 「Room was dated, but very tidy and clean, pool facilities were okay, but in need of refurbishment. The sauna was out of order and the mini gym lacked a treadmill. We stayed in a family room, it could have done with more towel rails in the bathroom and a drying rack for when the weather is less agreeable. Otherwise, the staff were amazing and made our stay memorable and fantastic. The plentiful parking was a massive bonus, as was the included breakfast.」
