「If you in town for a few days and need a place that feels like home, this is a great place to go. Opened in July 2019, so everything still very new and clean. The facilities are very thoughtful, such as a basket of water near the elevator for you to pick up whenever you want and using the passcode instead of traditional keys. 「Walking distance from Paris East & Paris Nord station, but closer to Paris East. Room with window, small but still acceptable. Most of hotels in this area are small, so I'm ready to accept small room here. Bed is comfortable, but bathroom is narrow, not easy for me even I'm only 160cm height and standard shape. Staff are very friendly & gentle. The lift is small & slow, so if you are in a rush, be sure to reserve more time on waiting. 」

「The best staff is Asaunee, he is so helpful and kind to us. We had a 13 hours flight to have our first day of honeymoon, but we arrived too early that day. He was provide very good service to us, also very professional. Thank you once again! we had a great time during our stay.」

「Nice hotel in a not nice area, better don't walk back to the hotel in the dark, hide your phone and valuable.」

「Hotel is situated conveniently near the train station Du Gord for anyone who is coming or going by train. With supermarket, metro station, and great bread stores all within 1-5 minute walk, it is an ideal place to stay for a good price. As a family, we always try to get back to the hotel well before sunset, just to avoid any unpleasant scenarios. 」

A lovely stay

"The location was extremely convenient, with a metro station next door and all major tourist attractions within walking distance. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast that offered a lot of options."

"I ordered a Privilege room for one single person, but eventually I was assigned a two-bed room without bathtub. When I went to the staff and asked about this, they just responded “we cannot fulfill everyone’s requirement, it depends on what we have at the moment.” What made me sulky is their attitude, so cold and unfriendly. About paying the city tax, they were not willing to make change. I’ve been to Paris over 20 times and I have never met this situation. A hotel with this kind of reception staff DO NOT deserve to be a 3-star hotel. By the way, I can hear the sound and vibration of trains (could be the metro) from very early morning till the midnight. This is also annoying to me. I definitely won’t choose this hotel next time I come to Paris."

"The place of the hotel is very convenient. There are a lot of restaurant and it is near to the metro station. Elevator works, but soundproofing is not that good. You can keep hear the voice of the elevator working every day. Staff is nice. You can deposit the luggage and it is free! Btw, the shampoo is too dry…"

"I can’t stop explaining how wonderful this property is. It is a beautiful and safe place. And you can walk to the restaurant nearby. There are. So many good restaurants there. And it just takes 15-20 minutes to go many historic places. My kids love it too. Thanks for providing us such a wonderful place and memories in Paris "
