"This hotel needs a facelift. The room was dated and in desperate need of a coat of paint. The bathroom floor hasn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. However, the breakfast is good and has a nice variety, and the staff is friendly and very helpful."

"We only stayed for a short time to get some sleep during a layover in Montreal Airport. Anything was great, minus the long check in time. When you arrive at midnight and paid $500 for 5 hours of extra sleep the check in should be quick and efficient. The staff at night where chatting with other guests and moving so slowly, we stood there for half hour waiting for service which was a bit frustrating for weary travellers. My suggestion would be fast track check in, in the middle of the night as everyone is tired. Keep the long chit chat and story telling for another time. Other than that, all was great. "

"This is one of our favourite places to stay! It has that romantic charm and elegance we love. The rooms are cozy, the pool area is calm and clean. The bar and restaurant have a lovely view and the food is well thought out. We arrived late after a long day of travel and the front desk staff could see it in my face, they were graceful about my stress and we got settled in quickly. Always our go to when we visit family in Montreal!! "
