「Accoglienza dal gestore che si presenta malcurato e sporco. Alla reception si trova un divano totalmente graffiato da animali e l’ambiente è maleodorante. Camera sporca, in un ambiente rumoroso. Le stanze non sono affatto insonorizzate ed un telefono della reception che squillava continuamente sembrava essere in camera. Non c’è la possibilità di far colazione, non esiste una cucina, personale inesistente. Passata una notte su quattro e poi fuggito. Perdo i soldi ma non sono mai stato in un posto...

「酒店很舒适，就是远离市区，出火车站坐11路可以到达，酒店可以买车票，电子车票还可以免费帮您打印，早餐非常好，自助餐能吃到撑，房间很干净，使用很方便，就是隔音不太好，有时能听到隔壁在干嘛，不过欧洲酒店的隔音都不太好，所以也就正常了。」

「Exactly what you see in the pictures! Very comfortable room, bright and clean, firm mattress but not rock hard, spacious wardrobe. They also give the choice of different pillows!!! Kitchen well equipped with a small washing up starting pack. The only “negative” thing is that most of the pans are very big so if you are a single person clocking the good will get lost…. But I’m being picky 😁」

「My boyfriend came and stayed for vacation and the location was perfect and accessible to all there is to do in Verona. Plus, at night when it got cold, we’d just ride a Lime scooter back to the hotel. The only thing we hoped was better was the shower! It looks great and modern but could be more efficient with a shower door to keep you warm in the shower and keep water from coming out. 「Clean and spacious two bedroom apartment for family of 2 adults and 2 kids, with a queen bed and a bunk bed in two separate bedrooms plus a sofa bed in living room. Central location, right next to the arena. There’s a caffe downstairs next door where we enjoyed breakfast. Would definitely recommend to all my friends who will be visiting Verona in future. 」
