The reception was very friendly and welcoming. I can’t remember his name but he was so helpful with everything including checking out and calling us a taxi to go back to the station. The hotel has an old vintage vibe to it but we enjoyed it and the room was clean!

We stayed at this hotel for one night as a family of four. The staff kindly arranged two connecting rooms so that our family could stay together comfortably. There was a door between the rooms, which made it very convenient for us. Although the hotel is located a bit away from the main tourist area and transportation was slightly inconvenient, the hotel staff were very helpful and gave us clear instructions on how to use public transport, so getting around was not a problem. The hotel felt a little old, but the facilities were clean and the service was excellent. Breakfast was also delicious, and even though we stayed only one night, we were very satisfied overall.

L'hôtel en tant que tel était très bien : propre, personnel aimable et avenant, nourriture satisfaisante (quoique un peu chère). Le seul désavantage est l'emplacement. En plus d'être assez loin de Vérone, ce qui rend les déplacements en transports en commun assez ardus (prévoyez 40 min), il est en plein milieu d'une zone industrielle plutôt dangereuse pour les piétons. Globalement, nous avons eu un agréable séjour, mais c'est clairement un hébergement pour les détenteurs de voiture.

Horrible, lleno de sangre mís cortinas, el colchón mas duro en toda mi estadía junto con la almohada, llegue muy noche y pregunté si me podrían vender algo de comida por lo que me dijeron que en el bar, y cuando dejé mis cosas y regrese al bar el chico me dijo que ya no me podría vender nada, que era muy tarde, y fuera del hotel no hay nada, tuve que tomar taxi por que no hay siquiera opción de caminar, además de que habían fiestas de cumpleaños abajo con un ruido impresionante. Fatal en todos aspectos

Rigtig fint hotel til prisen, hvis man bare skal overnatte på vejen hjem fra Italien. Værelset var rent og pænt, men det var slidt. Især badeværelset var slidt.
