"I got to the hotel, 3:20. I go to check in, and the man said my room isn't clean.... I was on a tight schedule, and this made it even slower. It took them 30 mins to clean it. It was supposed to be ready by 3... I had already paid for it. I had a concert to go to and they really made me be late."

Malgré leur bonne volonté, on sentait beaucoup leur impatience, leur nervosité, et nous n’avons pas pu avoir ce qu’on avait demandé au départ.
