"Rooms were great. Staff is very professional. Food is okay, no Indian veg options. Luggage was brought to room upon check-in. At check-out time, we were asked to bring luggage to front-desk. Loved the beach by the hotel. Family had good time. "

"The room was very clean! I enjoyed my stay and so did my boyfriend. We were impressed with the friendly service, the swiftness of the room service and the resort itself and outside bathrooms smelled clean and were clean. The only issue i had was the floor of the balcony. Granted it is outside but the dirt builds up quick after rain. the hammock was a nice touch (garden view room) but the placement could’ve been better so it wouldn’t have been hitting the sliding door. I had a faulty lamp on my side of the bed, which i had reported. Also there is a knocking noise that comes from the shower, could’ve been a pressure issue. I reported all these things i pointed out but overall id give the resort a 8.7/10. The shows at night were really nice. But my and my boyfriend are under 30 and have no kids for why we picked this resort. When i booked this place i liked the fact that it was all inclusive, but for the month of april (granted the crowd could be different throughout the year) it was mostly retired folk or older couples wanting to spend time away. Everyone had their own space and kept to themselves, but we expected a little bit more life but for the amenities and the distance to the Avenida nearby, there wasn’t many complaints since we have access to leave the resort. I would recommend this place if you want a quiet, calm, and chill vacay away from home. "

"The staff were pretty consistently rude for most of the week we were there. When we would ask for food at restaurants where they were serving at buffets they were consistently rude or acted like we were annoying them or like they didn’t want to be there. It was pretty shocking considering what we paid to be there. We wondered if they were treating us that way because we were Mexican-American and not White. No matter the reason, it was not OK. If you’re looking for a beach, this is not the place for you. The beach is very small, most of it is Rocky, and there was lots of sarga while we were there. We most definitely will never return here."

"This resort is incredibly beautiful with amazing staff that were kind and friendly. The only reason I did not rate this 5 stars is because both the breakfast and lunch options were redundant. The food items were all the same every single day without any variety."
