「The biggest problem I had was when I noticed there was a pile of chips underneath the side of one of the beds.The front desk personnel was very apologetic and sent housekeeping to completely clean the room again. 「I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」

「The room was clean. The staff is always accompanying. The breakfast is well stocked and the kitchen is clean. I've stayed here on all my visits to Oklahoma and will continue to do so. Unmatched by any close hotels. 5 stars is warranted.」

「Room and property are clean, and updated. Staff were nice and responsive. I was greeted with good morning and hello by each of the staff. Property is near the highway and easy access to anything in Lawton. Not a lot right near the hotel, you will have to drive a short distance to get to shopping and dining.」

「The place is rundown. The sink had cracks in it. The floor tile was coming up in certain spots. The entire place needed a paint job. Not planning on coming back. Plus, the smoke alarm kept beeping. Maintenance came and fixed it but during the night (1 am) it started up again and my husband ended up disconnecting it. They did not provide coffee, only cereal.」

「At check-in, we were informed our room would only be cleaned every other day. NEVER cleaned it once. Had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper and cups. I informed the main desk the room still had not been cleaned. They never cleaned it. I had to take our overflowing trash cans and dump them myself. So for our entire stay of 4 days our room was never cleaned. I wont be staying here again.」

「When arriving, no one was at the front desk. So, the housekeeper told the front desk clerk. The clerk told the housekeeper to ask what we needed. We told her to check in. Clerk said something i could not understand and then came out of room she was in. I was surprised by the $50 security deposit. My credit card statement then said that i had a $75 charge. Advertisement on expedia states there is breakfast. Clerk did not tell us anything about breakfast or amenities. We asked about breakfast and...

「The Relax Inn is an older motel but they do a decent job of keeping it clean and comfortable. Obviously the price is considerably lower than most in Lawton. It’s conveniently located close to Fort Sill and many restaurants.」

「Very rundown hotel .I understand it is very cheap ( 55 $ it’s a good deal) but the location ,the parking lot and the reception makes it look like the hotel is about to go out of business. The room modest but at least clean and cold .」

「My husband and I stayed with our 3 kids ages 11, 6, and 5 for five nights. We absolutely loved it. Our room had a lovely kitchen with everything except an oven and it was stocked with whatever you might need. The rooms, lobby, pool, etc were all very clean. We loved the pool and games available for the kids, and the pool was open 6a-10p. The staff were LOVELY! They were very helpful and responsive. The breakfast was amazing. We will definitely be back each time we visit family in Lawton!」

「Front desk gentleman was nice and friendly. That was the only positive thing about this establishment. Literally piles of dead bugs in corners. Active bugs crawling everywhere. Dresser missing drawers. Hairs in tub, on walls, and toilet. Air conditioner hanging off wall. Non smoking room smells like an 80 year old chain smoker lives there. I showered with shoes on.
