When I arrived a sign said to call 0 if checking in. There was not a phone in site. I had to walk around and only when another guest tried to locate the registration clerk for me.
It was tattered. All but 1 were broken hangers, flat old pillows, old thin bedding, a large hole on the (p)leather chair arm without any (p)leather, the towels were like thin rags. Brian is excellent, he was polite & keeps it very clean in common areas. After 1 night I paid to go to another hotel. You have to go down and ask for a coffee pot or anything for the kitchenette. If you want new towels, they ask you to turn them in to get a new set(?)
