The hotel and staff were both great. I enjoyed the variety of the complimentary breakfast as well. If i atay again i will make sure to ask to be on a floor for adults as there were children running up and down the hallway past one in the morning

Great Hotel to stay at!!!!

It was a great experience at this location. The hotel room was roomy, clean, spacious. The staffs were all friendly. We were able to adjust the ac to our liking. The hot complimentary continental breakfast was great. The swimming pool and hot tube was a great addition. We will come back to same at this hotel next time we are in Lawrence! Thank you for a great Stay at The Holiday Inn at Lawrence, Kansas!!!

Nice Hotel in Lawrence

Stayed at the Holiday Inn for three days on a business trip. We used their conference room for training. Their staff was very accommodating. The rooms were clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Good location with lots of shopping & restaurants close by. A bigger parking lot and an outdoor patio area would have been nice but overall I would recommend.

Overall, great stay.

Water pressure in the shower leaves something to be desired and the cold water dripping from the bathroom vent while showering wasn’t pleasant, but staff were friendly, room and hotel were very clean.

Room was very clean and the staff was respectful and helpful. The only hiccup was no frosted flakes available for breakfast. I understand about eating healthy but at least let us make that one choice when it comes to cereal lol.

Ok, but not great.

Check in was slow because the worker at the desk had trouble with the payment from Hotels.com. The pool area was a little sketchy and the hot tub was roped off with chairs and caution tape and had nasty brown water in the bottom of it. Breakfast was disappointing - they were out of milk and ran out of bacon. The pancakes were small and chewy. The rooms themselves seemed clean and well up dated. There was a good Mexican restaurant near by that was convenient. Our interactions with the staff were pleasant.

I booked a room a few weeks before. When we arrived check in was easy.. the first room we were given was on the first floor (they gave us handicapped room I don’t know why). It was just alright.. different room than what I booked. We unpacked and my husband laid down on the bed and was full of dog hair. I told the front desk and she moved us to the 3rd floor and it was even better!! Which that room is what I booked in the first place. We loved the stay it was clean & the breakfast was 10/10. Very quiet. We loved the location.. Walmart across the street, Mexican restaurant next door, and right in front of a movie theater also some stores next door as well. We definitely will stay here again in the future.
