"Room had terrible smell. "

"Ac made a terrible noise. Button in elevator broken. Cover for ac controls just fell off in my hand. Remote control for tv didn’t work. Room had an unpleasant smell. Hotel was dated and unkept. "

"The breakfast was plentiful and good. The room was clean and staff nice. "

"The pictures show a hot tub but there isn’t one, it was apparently removed. I chose this hotel because of hot tub, need to do better with advertising."

"Issue with first room (toilet not sealed, bathroom smelled of sewer gas). Staff quickly provided an alternative room upon request+inspection."

"Staff were great and the place was clean, but that’s where the positive review ends. It’s clear no maintenance had been done in decades. There were holes in the wall, the tub was torn up, the HVAC unit was broken, there were multiple unidentified stains, etc. I don’t expect much out a $55 room, but I definitely expect more than this."
