「They have a kiosk that you use to check in. It takes longer than normal check-ins. Housekeeping came knocking on the door at 9 even though we got the room for 2 nights. Ran out of toilet paper went down to the desk and the guy on the kiosk said that nobody was there until 7am got us to get more toilet paper. I like this hotel but this new kiosk system and having nobody there incase you need something or something goes wrong with your room is complete insane someone should be on site 24/7. Oh and...

「Only positive thing I have to say is the a/c worked well. Beds were very thin and hard. You have to call the staff from an off-site location if you need to check-in or get extra towels. TV audio didn’t work. Rooms didn’t seem very clean. Stayed somewhere else our second night.」
