"We were offered a king bed (I had booked two queen beds) so I said sure, but that room had not been cleaned! There was different colored hair in the tub, in and around the sink, and in the sheets! There was a tissue in the trash can and the top comforter had stains; all signs that it had not been cleaned, they just made the bed. I immediately requested another room. It was a single queen. I wish I would’ve been given what I originally reserved- and cleaned!! "

"I had a pleasant stay at Stone Mill Hotel. I had the forest room which had a jacuzzi tub. The room was excellent and clean. Staff was friendly and gave good suggestions on what to do in Lanesboro. I would stay again. "

"there was lack of clarity around whether my AARP or AAA membership was applied; although I was told if I didn't use it when I made the reservation on line; It probably wasn't applied. I mentioned it when I checked in but they never asked for my card to verify my membership."
