Fairly new building. The room itself was clean however the sheets were not with hair throughout. Fortunately we travel with our own sheets as a backup we were prepared. All else was as expected.

Much better than a hotel!

This is a great spot when visiting Decorah. It was great to have a space for our whole family to stay together. The grounds are well-kept and the setting is beautiful

We liked Having a little space of our own. We visited in winter but I imagine the gardens would be very pretty. Just as an fyi the drawer front on the nightstand L of the bed was broken. Enjoyed our stay.

Even with the fact that they are still under construction on some units the place is amazing. Very peaceful and comfortable. We will definitely stay again!!!!

Comfy and clean

Everything was very clean, brand new and well stocked with needed items. Bed was comfortable and pillows were great. This place would be a great place to stay whether visiting a child at Luther College or checking out all the nature trails in the area.

It’s going to look awesome once the landscaping is finished. Free standing buildings with lighted walkways at night. Rooms are very generous size and have patios, nice touch. Only downside was no hair dryer everything else was great!

Would stay again. Room for improvement.

Neat place to stay. We had 6 people and had a 2 bedroom unit. It was perfect size. Downside was the downstairs bathroom did not have a door that closed. There was something wrong with the top hinge. There was also alot of dog or cat fur on the floor. Our socks were covered. We had to sweep. This is a non-pet place I thought but it was a messy with pet hair so someone before us had a pet in there. The patio was nice we used the grill. Nice kitchen area. Beds were super comfortable which is better than an hotel! Overall would recommend this place. Would recommend the cleaning people vacuum between guests. Even the hard floors/stairs.

My experience staying here was truly excellent. At first, I had some hesitation about the absence of on-site customer service for check-in. However, the host provided clear and detailed instructions by email, including the entry code and house guidelines, which made the process seamless and very easy to follow. It was just as efficient as checking into a traditional hotel. Once settled, I found the accommodations to be exceptionally comfortable and thoughtfully maintained. The space felt welcoming, clean, and peaceful. The bed and pillows in particular were outstanding—I cannot recall the last time I slept so well. This level of comfort truly set the stay apart and exceeded my expectations. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my decision to book here. The combination of convenience, comfort, and professionalism makes it an excellent choice, and I would not hesitate to rebook for future visits.
