「We had an excellent stay at Bluffside Gardens. The property was clean, spacious, elegantly decorated, and very comfortable. Although we didn’t use it much, the full kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils you could need. There’s also a sauna and a large hot tub available for guests who enjoy those amenities. 「The room was way to cold and we could not control the temp. I finally complained and found out that the front desk was in control of the temps. The bed cover was too warm and the mattress was not comfortable. It was too soft with a deep valley in the middle.」

「The hotel is in a small town not far from Decorah Iowa, and Lanesboro MN. I chose the hotel because of location to the local caves. Checkin experience was excellent. I had a nice room upgrade to a larger King room that had a kitchenette. I found the space to be very clean, although the hotel can use some updating. For a small town hotel, this was a good choice. There are a few attractions nearby, though not a lot.」
