「Bathroom sink did not drain.
Booked a king bed, seemed very small. Told front desk and they insisted it was a king. A standard king measurement is 80 inch by 76 inches. My bed was 72 inches by 68 inches!」
「It was a very nice private area. When we got there, it was dark so we had to kind of figure out where we were headed. We stayed in the Pine Lodge. The room was decorated really cute and it was exceptionally clean. My wife said that it’s one of her favorite places that we’ve ever stayed. We met the owners the morning. We were checking out and they were so nice. We would definitely go back there again.」
「Room was ok looking. The bathroom though appearing clean reeked of mildew. I had to close the bathroom door during my stay to keep the smell out. Carpet was also long overdue to be changed. Washcloths were also dingy looking. The bed was comfortable and the location was decent. Overall, the hotel could use an overhaul and management could use better attention to detail in terms of bathroom items. Dingy looking washcloths although clean smelling, is unacceptable.」
「Nice pool and hot tub. The breakfast was subpar but ok. The lady who was working the front desk was also house keeping and she was stretched thin but did a fabulous job with minimal wait addressing all the customers. The room was clean and perfect temperature with an amazingly comfortable bed and black out blinds!」
