The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was great. The shower pressure was great and hot water. The pool was pretty good although the poolside tables and chairs needed some updates and repair. Our fridge in 105 wouldn't stay upright so my husband propped it with a plastic cup. Parking was close and easy. We will stay there again.

The hotel is worn down and unsafe. There was no chain or secondary security lock on the door. 5 ft away from my door, was a door that did not shut that lead right to the parking lot.

The rooms I rented had no electricity due to storms. The rooms were uncomfortable hot and my guests had to go into their cars and sleep off and on. Took cold showers before departure in the dark. The keys were electronic and wouldn't work for the rooms when provided.

Filthy at best, elevator didn’t work! (I’m handicapped) beds not made daily. Just gross. One bed had stains on the mattress. Mold in the shower. Etc. Not worth even reviewing, just don’t stay here.

Breakfast was fine, its such a shame that more people do not stay here as its right in the middle of the Town. The Town is such a great little American Town, we were travelling from New Orleans upto Niagra then New York over 23 days and this Town was the best small Town we have stayed in.

The property is old and in need of many updates and upgrades. The room did seem to have new carpet and ceiling tiles and was reasonably spacious. The AC unit looked new. The bathroom was dated but functional with good hot water and water pressure. The tv needed to be fixed twice and the staff was very responsive. The ice machine on our floor did not work and the drink vending machine was empty. We did experience a leak from the bathroom vent during a rain storm. It was not huge but not pleasant. We toughed it out as it was our last night. Free breakfast was acceptable.

I knew I was in for a treat when I noticed gray tubs on the floor under the air conditioning units collecting condensation in the hotel lobby! In all fairness the room was clean but the bathroom was yucky. The pool area needs to be painted and the hard plastic lounge chairs are totally not meant for relaxation. Not a towel in site for drying off although Mark, the front desk guy God Bless him, found us 4 clean hand towels! There was minimal seating for the continental breakfast so our group of 4 are in shifts. Can’t believe Wyndham associates their name with this ramshackle establishment.

This a very old building so I was trying to keep that in mind with the review. The room was "clean" but there was a terrible mamajuana smell in the bathroom. The pullout couch/was completely worn out/sagging and the bedding for it had holes. This is only big hotel in Ligonier so they definitely have the monopoly and it seems like they aren't wanting to spend a lot of money on the building, which is a shame.
