「Lovely staff rooms and areas clean. Could do with some updating around indoor gym pool areas. No indoor pool available. Gym equipment useable but needs a bit of a spruce up. Hotel shop limited! Need more supplies for self catering. The nearest shops require a car to get to. This is my 3rd visit and i will go back again.」

「The hotel is located on a beautiful part of the island and the highlight was the private seating by the beach bar. Very peaceful and scenic. The food was not great. The Zatar restaurant was the exception and was an excellent dinner. The shades in the rooms are not darkening at all. It feels like you are sleeping outside once the sun is up. Also we switched to a sea facing room bc the traffic on the city view side kept us up. The kids did enjoy the slides and the entertainment.」

「The property in the newer part of the hotel was nice but the old part it looked very tired and is in need of an update. I was also surprised to find that if you want to make tea or coffee in your room you would be charged extra, even though this is normally standard in the majority of hotels. This also applied to the use of a fridge.」

「Staff were really friendly and polite. Especially the lady at the bar who gave me a complimentary hot chocolate. Breakfast buffet was lovely, staff answered our questions and were helpful. Room was clean and big, only downside was it was really warm at night but we were given a fan which was helpful. The toilet was difficult to close/lock but it was fine as we are family sharing the room.」
