I came to Cali Resort as a solo traveller and I had an incredible experience. The hotel is lovely (room, pool and other areas in general). I also have to commend the staff for their wonderful 5* service throughout my stay. I felt safe and well taken care of.

Having newly opened in May 2024 there is a fresh and polished feel to this hotel and spa. There is a relaxing and elegant energy around the hotel, the staff are warm, friendly and accomodating. There is an area of bars and restuarants close by with a convenience store too. However going all inclusive is a resonable option as the food at the hotel is plentiful and a good standard. All in all a fantastic stay is pretty much a guarantee.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at the Cali Resort and Spa. Friendly service, clean and modern hotel with a fantastic pool and plenty of sun beds. The room was comfortable with a large bed. We were given a bottle of wine and some sweet treats on arrival which was a lovely surprise. The hotel is very conveniently located for the beach, shops and restaurants in Coral Bay and for exploring the Paphos area. The only slight downside was some of the food. The breakfasts were great, as was the Japanese fusion restaurant, but the evening dinner buffet just wasn’t worth the money. It wasn’t a big deal for us as we were booked on a b&b basis so we just took the very short walk to the various restaurants at the back of the hotel. It would have been better if they had some higher quality a la carte options instead of just the buffet. Otherwise, this is a great value and nicely run hotel that we would be happy to return to.

Mixed stay at beautiful property Highlights: Excellent spa facilities (steam/sauna), lovely pool with great temperature. Outstanding poolside service - staff like Kamal, Theodora, Ibrahim & Peter were exceptional despite being understaffed. WiFi reliable for streaming. Nice touches like birthday cake on arrival. Issues: Housekeeping inconsistent - sheets not changed despite requests, dirty glasses left in room. Food quality disappointing for 5-star rating. Technical problems frequent (keycards, TV stopped working, shower flooding). Room finishing more 3-star quality with poor paintwork. No spa bathrobes provided. Prime poolside loungers hard to secure, but plenty of other nice spots available. Bottom line: Great staff and location, but operational issues don't match 5-star billing. The wonderful service team made it enjoyable despite property shortcomings.

All of the staff were welcoming and provided amazing service and help. We arrived late around 11pm on a Sunday and the hotel had arrange for a late night snack of sandwiches and wraps for our arrival as the nearby restaurants were closed. They also provided us with lemonade and a warm towel on arrival to refresh ourselves aftee our flight. The hotel was clean with our room cleaned and new towels daily. All the staff looked happy to be there and we are extremely grateful to have met Irene who was always happy to help us with any questions including tips about food/excursions as well as helping us with luggage storage for our last day. The hotel is beautiful and we throughly enjoyed our stay. We hope to visit again and stay at Cali resort and spa in the near future. Thank you again to all the staff for the amazing hospitality!

Really lovely staff, delicious food with the AI and premium drinks included. I highly rate the food. Just a few niggles - the entertainment at night was WAY too loud, it would've been enjoyable if they turned the speakers down slightly or moved the speakers further away from the bar area. Housekeeping was hit and miss, the room was serviced every single day, it was just little things like replacing the coffee pods and milk and water bottles which were inconsistent. Interiors and finishing a bit worn but the hotel itself it decorated in a very modern style. Rooms an okay size for two peoplebut small for the price. Very small bathrooms. The management was warm and welcoming, all the staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough for you. Overall, not a five star property at all - that being said

The property was almost perfect in my opinion. The only real issue I had was with the bathroom. Water leaked through the sealants, there’s no real cover for water, no ventilation apart from a hole (no fan inside). And you can see old doors was used from renovation with old hooks being covered . Overall apart from the bathroom, everything was amazing! The facility , the people, the staff, food etc. highly recommend to stay here.

Hôtel neuf. Les chambres sont magnifiques et le personnel est très serviable. Des améliorations peuvent être envisagées: - il n’est pas nécessaire de changer les serviettes dans les chambres 2x par jour -un menu à la carte dans le restaurant principal en soirée serait le bienvenu -le respect des règles quant à la réservation des chaises longues serait appréciable.

Je ne trouve absolument rien à dire sur le côté négatif de l’hôtel. Tout été parfait. L’accueil, la nourriture, l’hôtel, le spa, la piscine, la propreté, le personnel, la chambre ect… l’hôtel est super bien situé. Il est à côté de la plage, magasins et bon restaurant. Je vous le recommande.
