「Everything is good except that the room was so small that there was no room to laid down our luggages.Beds were tighter than normal single beds.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the center of Stari Grad Sarajevo (Old Town) with a walking distance of 2 minutes to the bazaar (Baščaršija). The hotel is well maintained and modernized. The staff at the reception is super friendly and very helpful in finding the best places for dining. The breakfast was definitely a plus to get your day started just right. The rooms looked just like their own pictures. We stayed on the third floor and the views we had both in the morning and around...

「Clean and perfectly acceptable room situated in the heart of the city. This is not a luxury hotel but an affordable and sensible choice for someone requiring a convenient base in Sarajevo. Staff were most helpful and organised a fixed price airport transfer which was better than using a taxi.」

「Die Familie war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Gästehaus Rose liegt zentral, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Insgesamt angenehmer Aufenthalt.」

「The spa was phenomenal with deep pool, sauna, steam room, and hit tube. I have never seen such an excellent spa. Breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. Even had a breakfast to go.」

「Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, very safe garage.」

「One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, amazing location and very friendly and helpful staff. Would 100% stay here again!」

「就在老城區邊緣位置，參觀景點十分方便。坐的士到酒店，落客的地方也跟離酒店不遠，服務人員很友善，早餐豐富。」

「Super helpful and friendly staff, great room and breakfast made me very happy.」

「酒店有停车位，位置在广场附近，走路可以逛完所有的景点，早餐丰富，推荐这家酒店」

「Tout est exelent」

「Our room had a nice balcony. Breakfast was great. Parking super convenient. A little tricky to drive to the hotel with one way streets, but once there we walked everywhere. Nice location for touring around the old town. Definitely recommend to friends.」

「The accommodation was in the centre of the old town, just a 2 minute walk which made it very easy to visit the old town and all the markets. The room was very clean and the bathroom was neat. The staff were friendly and the guy on the nightshift was very helpful and easy to talk to. I would recommend this venue.」

「Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Allerdings waren im Bett einige Haare.」
