Property owner and onsite management were unable to fix most issues during entire stay. Promised repairs daily but both groups continued to blame the other for lack of progress. Expedia also unable and unwilling to help resolve problems and we were unable to speak with a live person for help ( lengthy chats were terminated multiple times while attempting resolution). Promised rental description was inaccurate and was never resolved (2 king beds vs 1 king /1 pullout). Master TV was broken and never repaired with daily updates from owner and front desk given conflicting excuses. Room was dirty, washer/dryer ridiculously complicated and inefficient (12 hours to dry single load), missing utensils (1fork-0 sharp knives), missing bedding, inoperable phones, broken usb charging stations.
