The staff were not helpful and extremely rude to me. The room was insanely dirty and when i asked for it to be fixed i was told i didnt ask quick enough after check in so they would have to charge me to come in and fix the disgusting bedding they didnt change from the previous stay. It was clear it wasnt changed either as there was food and wrappers all over the bed. I spent a lot of money to have a very dirty room and to be treated like i wasnt good enough to stay at their properties. I honestly think this is the worst stay and customer experience i have had anywhere yet.

We had an amazing stay in two separate appartments and enjoyed the views and amenities that’s the palms and casino both offered. Had some difficulty’s with room keys but other than that it was a pleasant stay. Thanks for having us out!

Very close to the strip. Only problem we had was plumbing , we had a horrible sewage smell coming from the sink. Other then that everything was fine

Lack of showing customer service and greetings of hospitality from the front desk. Some were helpful but no one expressed any interest in being happy or smiling and they set the tone for the place . Every time you went there it was like “now what” . The bell men and valet guys were nice and eager to help. The exact opposite at the front desk.

Love the view we had and the set up of the room. The jet tub was the best! Only thing was the drainage in double sinks were slow and the tub water took a while to get hot and was slow. The main fridge was a bit dirty.

Property owner and onsite management were unable to fix most issues during entire stay. Promised repairs daily but both groups continued to blame the other for lack of progress. Expedia also unable and unwilling to help resolve problems and we were unable to speak with a live person for help ( lengthy chats were terminated multiple times while attempting resolution). Promised rental description was inaccurate and was never resolved (2 king beds vs 1 king /1 pullout). Master TV was broken and never repaired with daily updates from owner and front desk given conflicting excuses. Room was dirty, washer/dryer ridiculously complicated and inefficient (12 hours to dry single load), missing utensils (1fork-0 sharp knives), missing bedding, inoperable phones, broken usb charging stations. A very frustrating vacation! Think twice

The hotel was nice. I had problems with the WiFi. I could not connect and needed to call the internet company myself to trouble shoot the problems. I ended up just paying for WiFi but even then I had trouble. WiFi was not loading and would disconnect. I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights….3 of those I had to change my key out. The last night I was up and down the elevator 6 times because I could not get into my room. Finally the security guard helped me and I was able to get in my room after 40 minutes of me going up and down the elevator. Overall nice hotel but bad costumer service.

Property management was very communicative prior to check in and then ghosted as soon as we checked in and had concerns about the room. The room was not sufficiently cleaned, jacuzzi tub was disgusting and filled with soap scum & hair from previous guests- absolutely unuseable and one of the features we wanted for our Valentines staycation. Bathroom sink only has scalding hot water- the cold water faucet was completely non-operational and clearly you can’t wash your hands/face in scalding water. The bed was comfortable, the view was nice but the general cleanliness of the room was pretty gross. Trash from previous guests was revealed when we opened the curtains and in random places. Whomever they use for cleaning contract is subpar. Since this is a “private owned” rental within the hotel, the hotel cleaning staff cannot assist or resolve issues. Pretty disappointed for the price we paid and the fact that the property owner never acknowledged these issues at all- I definitely would NOT recommend.

This place used to be great, seems like it needs renovation. TVs are out date in an update attempt they just installed Netflix. As for our biggest problem….. The shower was not working properly and the knob which controlled the water temperature did not work. Either you got cold water or scolding hot water. Since I booked through a different company- StripViewSuites they were not allowed to repair the issue. Had a maintenance guy tell me he needed approval first to swap the parts out. I have a 5 year old and bathing her was a bit difficult not having the shower. All around the property you just smell marijuana including the elevators. I was contacted via messages for the problem but no one ever followed up in time to address the issue or change my rooms. Seems all I got was the robotic “we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you” and there was no urgency to fix something as important as a shower. Anyways, won’t be booking through here any more.

No one to make beds. It was ridiculous. No fresh towels every day. Everything we asked we we’re charged for. Even though to rent it was over two thousand five hundred for 4 days. Everytime we went up to our room security was stupid to ask for our room key even though he had seen un an hr prior to go up again. It was not even busy. All staff helped you very rude and rolling their eyes. Never again save your money and go elsewhere.

First of all I thought I was getting a strip view, but then realized you guys bought that name so people would think that they’re getting one I was going to propose, but I had to do it somewhere else second of all the second day of three days we stayed. You told us we had to pay for room service, which is a joke, because if I only stayed one day, you would have had to pay for every day the room to be clean third of all we even had to pay for toilet paper. Unacceptable.

Room wasn’t what expected. Really dirty and smelled like smoke. The balcony had a bong and I was told it was a smoke free room. Water pressure for the toilet and shower was not good. The dishwasher smelled like mold and dishes were dirty.
