There was a mix up between Zello and The Palms place with my reservation. My husband and I waited almost 2 hours to have it resolved. The staff who checked us in apologized and gave us food credit to use but when we used it the restaurant did not honor it. Thanks to Mara the night shift front desk and the morning supervisor Joseph for giving us a new food credit which we used for the Palm AYCE. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable for night stay.

Me and My Wife was happy with our room. The only thing that was wrong was the bathtub jet didn’t work but other than that we had a great view, comfortable bed and overall comfortable room.

I was never notified about the $90 cleaning fee & no balcony access. The room has a balcony but it’s locked so you literally cant get on it…. Service was good, hotel room has nice features but you could tell by the floors walls and few stains in the coach that there had been some serious hotel parties there prior. As someone who lives in LV and has been to serval hotels, this one I would not recommend.

This is Expedia’s and the owner of the air bnb who own the place at the palms hotel and the hotel for allowing it to be an air bnb. Expedia misrepresented when the advertised and sold the room. It wasn’t a hotel room or clean. It was an air bnb and I got 2 towels and 2 rolls of tp for a 7 day stay. No housekeeping everything was extra. They charged a cleaning fee when I left and the room was moldy shower dirty dishes e if c etc on arrival. I’m so mad.

Do not I repeat do not book through Expedia to stay at Palms balcony suite. They allowed 3rd party vendors to rent through Expedia and charge you a $90 cleaning fee! They don’t let you check in early unless the 3rd party allows it which they didn’t allow me. The room was mediocre. Front desk staff were rude.

Are stay was ok. None of the outlets would charge our phone properly. We were only given 1 half used roll of paper towels and 1 and half used roll of tissue. No extra towels and we stayed for 4 days 3 nights. At our previous days, we stayed in different rooms there I know the condos are owned by separate owners, so I guess it just depends on the owner of your condo whether or not accommodations.

I like the fact that it was off the strip but still felt like the Vegas magic. The only issue I had was the communication with the front office check was not smooth and when I wanted assistance they pointed me to the owner which was not reachable.

Hidden fees

LET THE BUYER BEWARE I was warned about several fees and studiously avoided them. There was a departure fee of an amount. This type of fee according to a simple google search is charged when you shorten your stay. I was charged a completely unrelated ninety dollar cleaning fee they assured me was 'normal' which is why they took it out of my deposit. Steer clear!!! 1. The fee that was described did not match any total given in communication. 2. The fee was a cleaning fee not mentioned. 3. The fee was taken out of my deposit last minute
