"e-z access on how to get help in anyway, room cleaning by Mary and pool access by Mhikko Peralta,Joseph house keeping for the accessories like shampoo, soap bar, conditioner towels. front desk ,many thanks for Kyla Mamawag ,Jason for extra key to the room. vault for replacement of battery for the lock. staff are very much helpful during my stay @ Hotel 101.at the cafe Horizon. Randy and Marinara also was very helpful, making sure I have an accommodation and enough fruit and salad for my morning breakfast.overall was an excellent experience would like to comeback to this Hotel again.since 2022 and present stay."

"The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the room itself felt quite old and outdated in terms of style. Also, there was a very strong perfume or air freshener smell when I first entered the room, which was a bit overwhelming and gave me a headache. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the room could definitely use some updating and better ventilation."
