「The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza」

「The hotel was lovely to look at. Our experience with staff varied in that some were not welcoming and also could not provide us with the information we needed, yet others were very accomodating. 「Very nice hotel with a nice pool area and beach access. Be aware that there are major building works going on next door so noise is apparent from early morning and if you have a side facing sea view your main view will be a building site.」

「Really friendly staff at the apartments and a great location, close to the beach and a short walk to several other lovely beaches along the coast. We stayed in a two bed apartment, which was a very good size and had a large balcony. Cooking equipment was minimal but there are plenty of great places to eat out. 」
