「Didn’t spend much time in hotel Gluten free wasn’t great as they had electronic labels telling you if there was gluten in dish On my last day I asked why there were no deserts and all ice cream had gluten in them I was told that the labels were incorrect and all ice cream was gluten free No deserts for me all holiday when it was there incorrect labelling so make sure you ask every day」

「The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza」

「Prima hotel! Alle Voorzieningen die wij nodig hadden. Geen enorme luxe qua rooftop etc, maar wel alles netjes en schoon. Uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt. Kamers zijn ook netjes en schoon.」

Immer frisch und sehr lecker. Preis/Leistung war wirklich gerechtfertigt! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden gern wiederkommen.」

「The rooftop adults only pool was spectacular. Breathtaking. Staff up there were lovely. Rafael and Mariana were a true delight. I just had hummus and fries for lunch - both excellent. Skip any of the other clubs. And go to the rooftop at ME. The best.」

「The location was ok and the hotel was as expected. It was very very quiet being off season though. The town is a 15 minute walk. The restaurant in the hotel is very expensive so we used a sandwich shop up the road. We booked this hotel because we came for the marathon & needed access to a gym, but the gym was a small room and the equipment was really old and most didn’t work. Not what we expected from a 5 star hotel. We stayed in a Suite room but the noise was really bad we could hear the room...

「It is a magnificent hotel. It is located in a very calm and family-friendly area. There are many small restaurants and bars nearby that you can easily walk to. It is beachfront and additionally has an incredible pool and gym area. The staff is very friendly and helpful… totally recommended.」

「This hotel boasts stunning views and excellent facilities. The beach is right outside the pool – it's fantastic! As the head chef, I was also incredibly impressed by the variety of dishes. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide selection and exquisite preparation – clearly made with great care! The à la carte options were also exceptionally high-quality; every dish showcased the chef's dedication, skill, and exceptional seasoning. We highly recommend it!」

「super hotel ou le personnel du bar du restaurant et de menage fait son maximum pour rendre le sejour agréable. Mais 2 choses font que je n'y retournerai surement pas , avoir une chambre avec suppléments premium etre au 3ème et ne pas pouvoir profiter du balcon a cause du bruit de la chaufferie est inadmissible elle s'entend même fenetre fermée, il faut prendre obligatoirement une chambre cote piscine. La deuxième ce sont les animations uniquement en anglais, même si la clientèle est à 80 pour...

「Went for a Soul Train event st the Jacaranda Beach Club late Sept. This hotel was a great base- clean, reasonable food tho it could have been hotter & the bed a little less hard. But great value for money & location. Would stay again. 」

「L’hôtel est très bien, belle chambre, belle piscine et un personnel attentionné, le seul bémol, de la mes 4 étoiles plutôt que 5, le buffet du soir est terrible, viande et poisson froid, sans goût, ni saveur, ne vaut vraiment pas la peine. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est parfait par contre.」
