「My stay was overall good, but a few things stood out. The view from my room had ongoing construction, which took away from the experience. The pool water was extremely cold, so I couldn’t really enjoy swimming the way I planned. On the positive side, the VIP access was dope, the staff was amazing, and the all-inclusive accommodations were great. I do think the hotel could offer more activities geared toward younger couples or provide better info about what’s available in the area. Bike rentals...

「The hotel is very clean and the outside area is lovely! The design is dated, but that didn’t bother us. We were in Ibiza for our wedding food and wine tasting and we bought the remaining bottles back to the hotel. We were refused to borrow a glass to drink these on our balcony (the staff were rude) even though we had seen several people drinking cans from supermarket bags by the pool! 」

「The rooftop adults only pool was spectacular. Breathtaking. Staff up there were lovely. Rafael and Mariana were a true delight. I just had hummus and fries for lunch - both excellent. Skip any of the other clubs. And go to the rooftop at ME. The best.」

「The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza」

「Wer Animation und Unterhaltung sucht, ist hier richtig. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, sollte sich für ein anderes Hotel entscheiden. Das Hotel ist ein Hotel für Familien, viele Angebote für Kinder, den ganzen Tag Bespaßung am Pool, den ganzen Tag Musik. Das Essen ist gut und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und engagiert. Die Bucht, an der das Hotel liegt, ist nicht zugänglich. Es gibt keinen direkten Strand. 」

「My second stay at this hotel and things have changed somewhat. No kettle in the room (you had to go and ask at reception for one, for a deposit) Missing bedside table. However, the room was a good size with ample storage and large bathroom. Towels were changed daily and bed made. Breakfast had a good choice and variety, although the orange and apple juices tasted synthetic and is not nice at all. Overall, I would return again, as its location is perfect for transport (buses and taxis...

「Very enjoyable stay. Was on an all inclusive basis. Breakfast great, lunch fine but dinner was usually a bit beige. Room lovely except for a very odd bathroom set up which meant there was no privacy. Entertainment was great, especially Valentina as our main entertainer. Great value overall so would definitely recommend. 」

「Went for a Soul Train event st the Jacaranda Beach Club late Sept. This hotel was a great base- clean, reasonable food tho it could have been hotter & the bed a little less hard. But great value for money & location. Would stay again. 」
