「The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza」

「Enjoyed this hotel from the moment I walked through the front door. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and quickly booked us in. I had a suite, which was perfectly spacious and clean. It was nice to see a pod coffee machine in the room. Food at the hotel was great, plenty of variety and always fresh. Plenty of entertainment going on throughout the day. The two entertainment staff were crazy!! The bar staff worked tirelessly to keep everyone's glasses filled. I had access to an area...

「Lovely adults only hotel. After travelling with kids so often I forgot how quiet it can be when they’re not with you. Great pool, lovely food. We had half board and it was so great. The dinner is so nice (3 courses… and not a buffet!). Would definitely like to come back here again.」

「The apartment is clean and nice, located 5 to 10 minutes walk from 2 beaches(Cala Beach). Located on top of a retail store. You can also check-in at the store if the reception desk is closed. The staff are very friendly. There are restaurants and grocery stores. Limited parking space for 15euro but you can park on the street. The only thing need to be improve is the WIFI internet, very slow and 85% do not connect. At the pool, it is the best place to connect.」

Mais 2 choses font que je n'y retournerai surement pas , avoir une chambre avec suppléments premium etre au 3ème et ne pas pouvoir profiter du balcon a cause du bruit de la chaufferie est inadmissible elle s'entend même fenetre fermée, il faut prendre obligatoirement une chambre cote piscine. La deuxième ce sont les animations uniquement en anglais, même si la clientèle est à 80 pour...

「The flat was lovely and nice hotel. Like the pictures but no mirrors to get ready in. One in the bathroom only. Aircon was good. Car park was good except a curb to get in and out so a bit lethal. We had a big sewage leak in the bathroom and some of our room flooded with sewage water that came from the toilet into the shower so we weren’t able to use or get ready and was super late for our meal which was a very expensive dinner a d we didn’t get to enjoy the sunset properly so we weren’t able...
