"We had read many reports about access to the property if you have a car….so we parked at the bottom of the hill in a large enclosed multi storey car park and called for a taxi to be dropped off at the Parador. If maybe you have a small backpack or small wheeled case you may enjoy the long walk uphill in the heat….dont let this deter you. "My initial impression was dubious but on entering the building I was amazed at the beautiful and unique layout of the property. Although my bedroom (#4) was rather small, I was impressed by the high quality of the decorations. The shower facility was of a high standard. The rooftop terrace has been refurbished into a “chill out” area giving wonderful 360 degree views of the surroundings including a view of the distant castle.
