"The front desk staff were not friendly. As I was checking in they were more concerned with conversing with another patron and their dog. Than proceeding with my check-in. On the website where reservations made, the Pet policy stated a flat $15 fee per pet. The desk staff advised the fee was $15 per 10 pound of the pet.
