バックハに行く前に前泊しました。ラオカイ駅、バス停の近くなので、何もかも便利なホテルです。お値段も安いし、清潔です。 部屋にクーラーはありますが、ヒーターがないので、冬は暖かい服を着込んで寝てください。

バッハーマーケットに行くため、朝荷物を預けるのに駅近でとても便利だった。その日の夜行列車になるため、夕方戻り、シャワーも使えてとても安かったので満足している。

décevante prestation

Nuit assez décevante dans cet hôtel. Le personnel ne parle presque pas anglais ce qui n'a pas arrangés les choses. Nous avons réservez deux chambres. Dans le prix, le petit-déjeuner était inclue. Hors, sur place, des travaux de rénovations étaient réalisés dans la cuisine. Après de longue discussions, la réception nous proposes de nous faire un bol de nouille le matin pour compenser la prestation payer. Le matin arrivant, rien de préparer et la nouvelle personne à l’accueil ne savait pas de quoi nous parlions et ne parlais pas du tout anglais. Nous avons fini par aller manger nous mime dans un petit restaurant du coin. Nous avons pris un simple bol de nouille et avons ramener la facture à l’hôtel, on nous a remboursée la moitié, ne bol de nouille semblait trop cher.... L’hôtel est bien placée mais les services et aides proposées sont médiocres. De plus, le fais que le personnel ne parle presque pas anglais n'a vraiment pas aidés. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

ラオカイ駅前にある便利なホテルです。部屋も綺麗で、スタッフの対応も良いです。近くにはフォーのお店や屋台でバインミーを売る店、西洋人向けのレストランもありどこもオススメです。

Family run where everyone tries to help

Really helpful we checked in really early tired from the train and were helped with every request by all staff. We looked at other hotels when we stayed in Lau Cai and were glad we stayed here. Lau Cai is a fascinating place with the Chinese Border and the Red River. a couple of days is a good rest here. I had to change plans often and The Lady Manager helped me with Facebook messages in English changing dates and arranging a cheap transfer to Sapa.

12月29日に宿泊しました。ラオカイ駅のすぐ近くです。 近辺にレストラン、売店等が多数ありますので、食事買い物にも困りません。 部屋の暖房クーラーが機能し、温かく過ごすことが出来ました。部屋も割と奇麗に保たれており 不快な思いはしませんでした。朝食付きとありましたが、残念ながら提供はありませんでしたので 朝は、適当に近くのケバブを食しました。 国境までは、バイタクで2万Dで行けます。国境までの電動カートも走っていますが、ぼられますので中止して下さい。

駅近、スタッフはフレンドリー

英語の話せるスタッフは1人だけかもしれません。事前にメールでバックハーやサパ行きのバスを問い合わせていたので、宿泊の時もその人が対応してくれました。駅には、バスターミナルがあり、サパへは、リーズナブルな公共のバスが1時間おきに出ます。ホテルで教えてもらったバックハー行きのバスストップも近く、リーズナブルな料金で行くことができました。朝食は、シンプルなフォーだけです。英語の話せないスタッフもスマートフォンで翻訳して、お茶をご馳走してくれました。バックハーとサパへの中継のためだけの宿泊でしたが、楽しい滞在になりました。

Right in the town center

Room is clean, facilities are new, they offer everything that travellers need. Unfortunately the door is not soundproof, you can hear other careless guests talking and shouting on the hallway. Breakfast is nice. Staffs are very helping.

Nice clean room and the staff were really nice...altho only one had some english it was abit hard with everyone else but they still tried hard to help.The hotel is in a great location and was quite at night.
