「Lovely clean hotel, staff friendly, lovely roof top pool area with bar, that does snacks, ask at reception for towel to use at pool. Great location main bus depo 8mins walk. Bus from Arrecife airport 10mins to depo. and €1.40. Stayed half board, very happy with choice for food, food was good. LargeTV with access to netflix. Gym on roof top as well, didnt use. Open mall 25mins walk away.」

「I enjoyed a 5 night break at Sands. A little apprehensive due to several negative reviews however my experience was very positive. The rooms are a good size and have everything you need including full fridge freezer and dishwasher. The entire complex is very clean and is thoughtfully laid out. I enjoyed the lane swimming and the surrounding area is perfect for running. I also used the gym several times. Shops and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. 「Gorgeous view right on the beach. Good sized balcony. Spacious twin room. Nice, plentiful cooked and continental breakfast. Lots of restaurants and shops just steps away from the hotel. Staff were lovely and very helpful. 」

「We stayed in room 220 on 1st floor. About 15 steps to room. (In 3 sections). No lifts. I have walking difficulties but steps we ok. Room clean & basic. Large corner balcony overlooking the sea. Air con in lounge. On arrival Maria had left key's & instructions for us, easy! Pool area nice, clean & peaceful. Other than breakfast option which we didn't use. There is no food or drink service on site. But supermarket outside was very good for supplies. For someone with walking issue...
