Hotel in the Center of nowhere!

Hotel might be OK for people visiting the Congress-Center. Otherwise I recommend to book another hotel. During my stay only very few guests, restaurant and bar in the hotel closed in the evening, no restaurant or shop in the surrounding. Just stayed for one night and moved then into another hotel in the City centre.

Leider haben die Leute an der Rezeption schon wieder meine Buchung über www.hotels.com nicht gefunden. Ich hatte ja das Zimmer schon vorab mit Kreditkarte bezahlt. Sie wollten dann, dass ich noch einmal bezahle. Nachdem ich gebetsmühlenartig immer wieder wiederholt habe, dass ich schon bezahlt habe und etlichen Telefonaten der Leute, haben sie es dann doch noch gefunden. Ich hatte den Ausdruck der Buchung dabei. Hier sind die Angaben sogar auch in chinesisch vorhanden. Mich würde interessieren, warum das immer wieder passiert? Michael Diesner

Kein warmes Wasser!

Dienstags wurde informiert, dass es kein warmes Wasser gibt. Da wir Montags abgereist sind, haben wir es beim check in erfahren. Der Zeitraum war auch ungünstig. Dienstag 28.10.2014 08.00 Uhr bis Mittwoch 29.10.2014 22.00 Uhr. In den Zimmern war es sehr warm, weil die Klimatisierung abgeschaltet war!
