「The check-in and room key access is completely online which is fine if everything works well. The property itself is very clean and well set up. I had trouble unlocking the door which turned out to be my own fault, but it was stressful being stuck in the corridor with no way that I was aware of to get help. 「It was a lovely roomy apartment with everything we needed provided.The Apartment was larger than we were expecting which was a lovely surprise. It had two toilets, a very big bathroom and a balcony with table and chairs. Close to a supermarket, pharmacy, local restaurants and the underground station was across the road from the apartment so made it very easy to get around. It was a short walk through a park to the Schonbrunn Palace. If we went again would definitely book this apartment.」

「It is a clean, nice, convenient and cosy apartment that is very closed to metro station. There’s a supermarket right next to the metro station which is convenient to stock up before going back to apartment. It has air conditioner which is one key factor we chose it especially there’s an heat wave. They also provided some box water. Overall the experience is very good. Especially we encountered problem with the cot provided but it was resolved on the same day without interrupting our journey. I...
