"The room was clean and very spacious. The view is incredible. The staff that I dealt with whether at the reception or the breakfast/dinner area provided good service. I had dinner on the 14/01 and the team working was very impressive, especially the lady who took my order and helped me with choices and advise on portions. Very impressed with the service. "We stayed at Banyan Tree for 8 days / 7 nights, staying in an Ocean facing Pool Villa with Well-being Package. Highlights: Jacuzzi / Hot Tub attached to the private pool. It got windy and cold on some days (hot and sunny on others). The Jacuzzi allowed us to enjoy a hot soak day or night when temperatures dropped. The on-call Butler service via WhatsApp was efficient and useful. Whatever we needed was a quick text message away. Always friendly and accomodating. Villa was serviced and cleaned twice a day, and with our Well-being package we got juices, fruit and healthy bowls of food in the afternoon. I knew this hotel was more isolated and that was fine for us, and the food options on site were fine for a one week stay. However, if you are planning multiple day trips from Banyan Tree then the transport may get tedious as it’s a fair distance from Hue and Hoi An. If you want a relaxing and pampered stay that feels miles away from the problems of the outside world, this is your place. "
