「Yes, the AC was very easy to use」

「It was just okay. Booked there for breakfast and laundry because we were there for a soccer game. Washed laundry twice and still dirty. Asked the night guy if he could help me out and he didn’t know how to work the laundry machines. Had to go to laundromat early next morning. Breakfast was boiled eggs, breads, fruit, yogurt, instant oatmeal. Our room was clean and the bed was super comfy, but we had no shampoo! Had the checkout clerk asked how our stay was, I would have gladly voiced :)」

「We arrived early. There was no one in the office. We called the number provided and the manager was cleaning rooms so we were unable to check-in because the rooms were not clean. We came back after 3:00 pm and had no trouble checking in once the front desk was occupied. The front desk manager seemed to be occupied cleaning rooms. The walls and floors are paper thin and the heavy set man above our room was a heavy walker. Not only that, he was a very loud snorer. So loud that it woke me up...

「I was very disappointed with our stay. The staff wa super nice but the breakfast was not up to the usual Home2Suites standard. If I had been able to eat a biscuit I might have broken a tooth. We went to breakfast around 8 so it shouldn’t have been “the last ones”. No waffles? Just disappointing. 」
