"Room was clean, staff was friendly. Exterior of building was under renovation, but the staff reached out and informed me of the renovations prior to my arrival. The renovations had no effect on our stay. Stayed at this hotel in the past, and will stay there again. "

"Cheap and cheerful place to stay. I docked a star for the bed which was not very pillowy. And the outside door was very hard to lock due to winter shift. They had put laminate flooring in the whole room which is smart for a room that opens to outside. Much easier to clean. Has a kitchenette that was stocked with dishes for two. Good location too. "

"We had a fun stay at this accommodation. It was a perfect location to be in, close to downtown, amenities, Hwy 1 going to west or Banff. Kids and family had a fun time playing in the set up of the basement, with the games and rooms were decent size and clean. Host was easy to communicate with and all was ready when you check in.
