staff here are terrible, they do not like complaints. The key cards need to be programmed daily, the rooms stink, they do not give enough towels or toiletries, when you ask for towels they say you have to wait till the afternoon then go pick them up yourself. We had NO HOT WATER for 24 hours. I said this hotel was not up to standards the night front staff stated it's cheap and that the day front seat guy was the manager but when I complained to him he said he wasn't the manager. I asked for info and they gave me an email address. I went to use my key to get it and even after being reset it still did not work, BOTH KEYS, I went back to get him and he said "you have no idea what your doing!" And telling me not to yell and basically calling me an idiot (I have stayed in many hotels/motels ets in the last year) when we got to the door he wanted to take the key and show me but at this point I wanted to prove that I knew what I was doing and used the key..... Nothing, then he did it and for whatever reason it worked (we soon found out that on the 2nd try it works when your not frustrated) he then proceeded to tell me that if I break the lock it will be at my expense
I said that the motel was not in good condition and that they should refund me for not keeping to the standards they are to provide, he then laughed and told me to leave I was now mad and yelled I would if I could, he then said he was calling the cops..... We were then kicked out later by cops. Check Google reviews 1.6
