"The woman that checked us in on Saturday was extremely helpful & accommodating. She brought it to my attention that I reserved a smoking room ( I didn’t realize this) and she didn’t have any other rooms available, so she put an ionizer in the room for a few hours and went above & beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable.
