「Rooms have an older look to them, but well kept. I’d say my only criticism of the room was the showerheads in the bathroom. Definitely seen years of the hard water, suggest getting some new ones, nothin’ fancy. They were still functional nonetheless.」

「Will stay again」

「Our group has stayed in your facility for the past four years around the same time. Our first stay we were so impressed with staff outside area and room conditions. It has been a gradual downhill slide. Upon check-in we were told there was no elevator service and that all rooms on the first floor were taken. Everyone in our group was 70 or older. Fortunately we were all able to maneuver the stairs. Both the snack and drink machines were out of order. Just seemed like an uncared for facility....

「Well first this site says rockfalls inn and suites the build says best western and then inside there sign say days inn. There rooms were ok only had about six channels」

「The bed was comfortable and the tv was great. There was no bar soap in the room- only body wash in the shower. No drinking glasses - only styrofoam cups for coffee. And NO COFFEE maker in the room. Breakfast was inadequate - really not a satisfactory property but it wouldn’t make thought or effort to bring it up to an acceptable standard.」

「Everything was perfect! Excellent customer service and nice/clean rooms!」

「We had a first floor room that faced the river. The room was very large with a king size bed that provided a great night's sleep. Room had a couple of comfortable chairs with a table, refrigerator and microwave as well as a very comfortable recliner. Coffee was available 24 x 7 with flavored creamers. A couple of restaurants within walking distance.」

「Ended up Leaving due to dirty conditions and poor staff. Also a bunch of undesirable people hanging around. Didn’t feel comfortable or safe. Can’t believe this is a Wyndham property.」

「The staff, Meadow, was very helpful and kind. We were welcomed with bottled waters and treats for my grandkids. She was very attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. My grandkids really enjoyed breakfast. Overall an amazing experience!」

「Really cool CCC-made cabins that are so solid. Cool inside but they have AC and a gas fireplace with a small fridge and TV with digital channels. LOTS of character. Some false ladybugs and you may get a visit from a resident mouse but put a granola bar out for her and she’ll party in the bathroom and stop making noise in the bedroom. The restaurant food is really good—try the fish fry! And the area is beautiful and great for walking/hiking, birding, and fishing/wading. Plenty of parking.」
