「Room was very hot upon arrival, air conditioning didn’t work very well. No towels were let when room was cleaned. Someone stomping on floors on room above all night long. Refrigerator did not work.」

It was on "dry" when we arrived and it was very cold in the room. Changing the temperature setting did not make a difference. I tried switching to "cool" which did make it less frigid, but it also weirdly made the room feel more humid. We were never able to get it adjusted to a comfortable setting.
