"Everything was great, except a little misunderstanding. The night before our check out, I personally ask to the nice lady at the front desk if we could have a late check out because our flight to Florida was late afternoon. She told me that we could check out at 1:00 PM, which was great and helpful, sure enough next day we received a phone call from the front desk saying that was after 11:00 AM so I told them we requested a late check out and was granted to us until 1:00 PM, they replied saying they didn’t have any notification, pretty much saying I was lying, which I didn’t appreciate.
