「It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. 「Staff was excellent Handicap access was terrible. Ramp access to parking lot limited. Entrance to guest room required help. Bathroom very small. Housekeeping was terrible. No aheets, blankets or extra pillows for pullout couch. No kleenex, paper towels, silverware or dishes for kitchen. Trash and towels were picked up midweek but had to go to front desk for new towels and trash can liner」

「We were in a King room at this property. It was immaculate. The bathroom area is large and well appointed. The climate control was also very good with both AC and a dehumidifier. We were a bit disappointed with the bed as we felt, and let employees know, that the mattress should be replaced as we ended up in the middle of the bed in the morning.
