They don't have a way to comp a room when you arrive after the time their system "update" which seems surprising since...

「It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. 「Room was ok. Pool was really nice. You have to eat breakfast there. You arent allowed to bring bfast to your room. I didnt like that. Also nit allowed to fill your own coffee cup. You have to use the small styro cups. Coffee was offered in the lobby but wasnt hot. 」

「We were in a King room at this property. It was immaculate. The bathroom area is large and well appointed. The climate control was also very good with both AC and a dehumidifier. We were a bit disappointed with the bed as we felt, and let employees know, that the mattress should be replaced as we ended up in the middle of the bed in the morning. 「Room was a bit dated but spotless, the staff excellent, fabulous location and views. Only drawback was the beach had suffered storm erosion and it and the beach bar was closed. Jetty park and beautiful beaches very close by. The restaurant, a separate attached business, was always hopping with great food and extensive bar with excellent staff. I expect to return many times. 」
