「You need a code to enter this property and access your room. We booked through Expedia which stated that we would receive our code via email within 24 hrs of check-in. However, I checked my email several times with that time period and never received a code. Upon arrival at the property shortly after 4:00, a sign on the door also stated our code would be sent via email. We never received anything. Other guests arriving at the same time also had not received a code. Upon messaging the company...

「The pool was not heated as stated in their description. It was colder than cold. The breakfast was frozen gas station breakfast sandwich that we have to microwave and there was a sign saying only one per hotel guest. What a joke. The staffs were doing their job. The hotel room we were in was slanted downwards to one side. 」

「Ashley at the front desk was very helpful and nice to talk with. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the hot tub was not working for a few days. Also, they were redoing the parking lot and the staff redoing the lot parked where people paying to be there were parking their big trucks making it hard to park. It would have been nice if they would have parked in the back out of the way.」

「It's OK to stay. Breakfast is good enough. But the back door is not well secured」

「I paid extra to stay lake side. But you can’t really see the lake on the 2nd floor. The hotel itself is old. Kind of run down. The breakfast is mediocre at best. The rooms are small, bathrooms are very small. Staff are interesting. Check in guy was nice but odd. Breakfast guy was kind of rude. The only thing I really liked was it was easy to get to from downtown and there are multiple fast food places near including a coffee shop. I would not stay here again, especially not for the price I paid.」

「No one there to help us check in had to go to the bar. Dated facility. Paint peeling. Pool hours were not the same as we were told. No pool towels even available when we did go. Doors slammed all night long. Awful.」
